hmmmmmmm i don't think i'd "tap" hubs on that don't slide on lol. and swapping tires is worth taking it to a shop to do unless you are good with the son-of-a-biotch tool....you know, the one you throw across the garage/yard while screaming son-of-a-biotch
 
if they bolt up its not a big deal....if the bolt pattern isn't right, you need to either dismount and remount tires or drill holes, which is fairly hard to do correctly
 
Cut a piece of card board to fit snugly as a bar across the inside of the rim, Then use a compass to scribe the radius of ur bolt pattern. That should center the rim on the hub closely.
