honda 450r nerfs???

anyone have any thoughts on if i could make these work??? cause of the way the fronts angle in, looks like there would be plenty of tire clearence for stock a-arms,
i could always cut off the stock blasty foot peg mounts and weld to these pegs, or just double them up to my existing ones??? and the price is sweet on these for nerfs with heelgaurds

peg mounting and tire clearence were more of my concerns, i can fab front mounts, cut and/or rebend where needed and have new mounts welded on. for $159, a little modding seems way better than the $250+ i'm seein for pro peg's with heel gaurds

good point jf, i didnt even consider width, and my bike will be staying stock width, trails too tight here, well, back to my custom fabbed, built by me, nerfs with heelgaurd plans

being an electrician for over 25 yrs. has given me vast experience at pecisely bending conduit, i'm thinkin of using 1" heavywall aluminum conduit, gonna try to bend it all 1 piece, no split in the middle, angled backwards kinda like the ones freek has started, then back and up around like heelgaurds, then weld some flat plate aluminum into it for heelgaurds, gotta do some reading up on setting up my buddies mig to do aluminum, he has all the stuff, gas and all, just never read and learned how to do it, gotta get my ported cylinder on and back to running state before i think anymore about this though
