Just wondering how good a bike this is, I know where there is one that I think is just setting and I'm gonna see if I can get ahold of it for cheap. From what I know it has a new top end, but they parked it cause it started tapping or something and they thought it was a timing chain. Just looking to get another bike something to play on, and maybe use for some trading material in the future maybe.

they are the exact same thing as a 300ex just a different compression ratio and bore

idk about that part....my buddy has one and i whoop his ass all day....but he can beat my buddies warrior for like 75yrds..

they are decent bikes though....my buddy beats the dogshit outta his....ran it completly dry of oil one day and it stalled, he put oil in it and it ran fine...and still does

There simmaler to a 300ex except no electric start, an diff bore, everyone says there faster than a 300ex, I had a 91 an it ripped!!! 300bb, cam, bigger carb, full fmf megamax exhaust, and it ripped!! If I remember right 400ex stuff interchanges like the a arms, blastapole??? Had/has one that's built, I'd take a 250x over a 300ex any day! God brakes and suspension, . I wish I would have kept mine, the tickin is prob the valves, adjust them an it should be golden!! Typical honda, oil an gas an they will run forever!
