hey there need some help

Ok and if i turn the knob all the way down and turn the cable and it starts then what do i do and where should i put the air screw at

the airscrew should always start at 1.5 turns out, then go both directions 1/4 turn at a time, giving it 20-30 seconds between turns to catch up to the adjustment, do this till it idles the highest, then re-adjust the cable to get it to where you like it to idle, then fine tune the airscrew with 1/8th inch turns, in or out, till it revs cleanly, and fine tune the idle with the choke knob

keep the cable adjuster jamb nut loose to make a quick adjustment if it revs too much, turn the adjuster in, to loosen cable tension, to calm it down

Okay i got the 45 pilot in knob all the way down airscrew 1 and a half turns out my dgh needle is on the middle clib and nothing wont idle and ive messed with and it will only idle if the knob is all thr way up

If it won't idle you've probably got an intake leak. Did you say before the airbox is removed? Like it's just an airbox delete, UNI clamp on filter only?

adjust the cable tighter till it will idle, then fine tune like i described above

Yes there is just a clamp on the airfilter that come right off the carb that goes right into the reeds and ok awk ill try that when i get off work ill keep yal postef

you'll get better tuning if you add about a 6-8 inch long velocity tube between the carb and filter
most guys use pvc pipe

Okay nothin worked for me cept add pvc pipe cuz i haavnt tryef that yet but im startin to think i should go back to a stock carb and do i need a reed stuffer does that mayyer
