If my ldel knob is all the way up and my air screw all the way in to make it idel is that mean my pilot is to lean

if the idle adjuster is all the way in, it may actually be idling on the needle at this point. richen the pilot 2 steps, adjust air screw to 1.5 turns out, lower your idle adjuster and try again

if this is a stock carb on a stock motor, there is no way in hell the pilot needs richened, the 32.5 stock pilot will handle all but the biggest built motors.
time to tear the carb completely apart and clean it,
or you have an airleak/poor compression
clean carb, airfilter, compression and leakdown test and report back

had no idea about mods, just saying what i've experienced from my LT I:I

yes i know, he gave us little to go on as per mods, so i only assumed this is a stock bike, and your lt was prolly modded requiring jetting changes

Not stock has wiseco piston frf fatty pipe 34 mm kehin pj carb 240 bbk as far as crank stoker porting idk bike was like this when i bought it

Airbox has been removed also no tors no parking break so i think the guy went all the way with it

Why would i need a carb rebuild blaaster whats that consist of just jets or float needle and idle screw 2

^^^^ i agree with AWK-Clean the carb good disassemble it (whether it's stock or not)- clean it first with chemical then with compressed air if possible, check float level, then check your jetting.

Theres a 55 in it now ive went lean to a 45 and did the same thing but sounded lile my motor was ganna blow off reving so high

i have a 34 pj on my bike, ported/piped/cfm box/vf3's
45 pilot/155 main/middle needle clip position/airscrew under 2 turns out
the 45 pilot has done me well, but a few of us have had to change needles to get these to idle and rev correctly, call carb parts warehouse, and get ya a "dgh" or "cel" needle, middle clip
and where is the choke knob turned to ??? < thats the supposed idle on these, i have to use my cable adjustment for mine to idle right, then the choke knob to fine tune it

what needle clip position is it at now ???

and 130 lbs. compression isnt a leakdown test, thats a compression test, we can't help you further till it's proven leak proof, contact slickerthanyou on here, he sales them, or search for the "diy" and build one
IT MUST BE LEAKDOWN TESTED, AND PASS, BEFORE TUNING THE CARB

I kno i was say i did a leak down i plugged the exhaust port and pumped 5 pounds on it and let it set for ten mins and it was fine

where's this choke knob turned too ???
try turning it the whole way down, if it wont start, try adjusting the cable till it does
