YES! When i went through my deer rifle i took it off and what a world of difference. It shoots 100 yards farther and twice the impact power!

No problem, thats what I'm here for. Your next step should be to get a big bore and a bigger trigger. Upgrade that 9mm to an 11. A 3 inch trigger should do it.Oh you may want to get an aluminum fireing pin to, just to lighten her up a bit.
