Hey braaaptor and other TM34 mikuni guys...PLEASE HELP?

Got my TM34 mikuni from si today and im having an issue.Im using the stock boot dremeled out and it fits like a glove except the float bowl is hitting the bottom left hand side lower bolt on the manifold when i try to fully seat the carb in the intake boot.


Ive not milled my current boot im using an old junker for mock up any ideas before i take the plunge and start on the good boot thats currently on there?

This carbs an odd shape and huge compared to my keihin 35 pwk but once fitted/tuned i cant wait to see what this thing will do!!!

I bought a stainless bolt kit for my engine which came with 4 stainless hex head bolts. Unfortunately, the PWK 35 float bowl hits the bottom left bolt head too. My simple solution was to use a button head bolt on that mounting bolt and paint it silver. Can't tell even at a little more than a glance that it's different and it fits!

This actually hits the boot its self there aint enough room for a bolt.

I know theres a way to fit this damn thing to the motor and im hell bound to get it accomplishied!

Anyone got pics of these bolted to a blaster?
