in the carb kit there is a small ruber gasket where dose it go plz help and what is the stock needle slot mine was on the very to i dont think thats right

23 is a part for the TORs system that you should scrap

middle clip for the needle

Stock needle should be on middle clip unless you run a DMC pipe then it can be on the bottom one.
