i have a 89 blaster and i have alerady replaced pretty mutch all of the eletronics becides the tors . and when you start getting up to high rpms it tries to cut out and wants to die i dont know what is wrong with it and was hopeing one of yall could help me

Disconnect the TORS system.

Have you tried adjusting the air intake screw on the carb?

I would agree, take off the tors. If that doesn't work you may need to re-jet the main, if you mean by "cutting out and dying" more like a stumbling. Try a plug chop and see if you are running rich or lean. I guess by high rpm you mean wide open throttle. The "air intake screw" is for idle and just off idle. Could be as simple as a faulty plug at high rpm. Hopefully some more experienced members will come on with further advise.
