Thanks bud, yeah it's comeing along but the worse part of this whole thing is the wet sanding ya know, because the tips of your fingers keep hitting on things and you have to well I have to go thru 5 different grits of sandpaper,oh also for any one looking at this wanting to do it make sure you get wet dry silicone carbide sand paper or you will never get it smooth so you have to wet sand and I will warn ahead of time it sucks wet sanding and it takes forever, now I know why Ken charges $150,I'll tell you what $150's not enough for this kind of work lol,I mean I rebuild my who quad and I have to say that this one cylinder takes the cake when it comes to hard work, don't get me wrong there's not much to it but getting the desired smoothnes and polished look you want takes alot considering I'm using dual cut carbide burrs single cuts give a much better cut lol,but yeah as I progress I'll get more pics guys.

@roadkill nope it's a vitos 240 cylinder all 12 ports of it,hell I don't even think a vitos 12 port sleeve will go into a stock jug,if you look closely at the exhaust port you can see two little ports in there on each side, and on the intake you can see the boysen ports on each side, but the way to tell its vitos cylinder is the 3 lines on the side ne'er the reeds as you can see I got a close up of it for you guys.

yeah. i didnt know because it says 195cm3 like the stock one does so i figured it was a vitos sleeve

@surfrjag thanks bud,all my ride needs is stuff bolted on pretty much,I still have to do my engine for my bike and as good as this cylinder came out I'll probroly port mine to it's also a vitos 240,I was also thinking about polishing my brand new pwk 35 airstriker to,but yeah I will leave progress reaports as I go along for you guys.

So you'll be able to give a before and after ride report? You do realize that you don't need to polish the intake and transfers? Only thing I see is on the one transfer there is no material to smooth out, I would fill it with epoxy.

looking good so far man, yea u want to rough up the intake and not polish it, i sandblasted my intake after it was ported...make sure the exhaust port is good and polished tho

great pics of the vitos jug with the 3 lines...not many can tell by looking at it if its a 240 or not

did they use a stock casting mold for it or something? it still has the 195cm3 on it

why rough up the intake guys?@roadkill they do use the same type basic mold so I guess the answer to your question is yes lol, thanks for all of your help guys.

hmmmm,I think it's because fuel air mixture, maybe the rughnes mixes the fuel and air better, that's the only thing I can think of,I don't know about the fuel beading up but you mite be right I'm not to sure, but I know it's not to big a deal because I'll just run the stone bit in there and that'll do.
