I did the whole tortol thing I mix my Owen gass checked reeds cleaned the carb

Do you have spark ? Good fuel flow to carb ? Compression? Did it run and now won't? Is a good engine or is it worn out? Air filter clean? Condition of the plug? New, wet, gap good?

Yes good blue spark fule going good .ya it wus running great the my son did not ride it for 3 days. Then this when he tryed to start it

are you sure you disabled the electrical part of the TORS?=throttle over ride system. oil injection is not TORS removal for the electrical part of it.
just unplug the connector the rest is tidying up wire,for your year.

pilot jet is clogged in carb or float's getting hung up?
low compression on cylinder top end check it with a gauge it should be at 120psi at least on a healthy engine.

could be the stator or timing key as well?

how long have you own it?
need more info in able to pin-point the issue online
if you cannot even get a compression reading on the cylinder?
what can we do

Though the TORS unit usually will run but not rev up , is yours still hooked up ? If so , unplug the " TORS brain " , little unit under hood , has 3 wires going to it.

Sure comp gauge is good ? Schrader valve must be at end , end must .
be same length as plug
Throttle wide open , kick until gauge stops moving.

Pull pipe and look at piston.through exhaust port.
Please wash it before you tear it apart.
