Only problem is if you get it running he will realize he didn't fugg it up, I'd just do a comp test. If it's less than 120 offer 250. If it's good tell him it's questionable and offer 300. JMHO, your results may, and will vary I:I

any advanced auto or autozone have free lender tool programs for a small returnable deposit, take a b8es plug with you to make sure it has the correct adapter
and harbor freight have them for around $15-20

Dude, throw on some running shoes and run as fast as you can to go buy that black and purple 96,
That thing looks to be in fantabulous condition for $500,
Just look at the condition of them stock yellow rims, if they're not beat on, that's a good gauge of the rest of the bike's condition,
and Im kinda partial to that year and color, as that was my first blaster, straight off the showroom floor

And I have a very nice black hood ill ship ya for $20

haha i take it you like that one.. the front end on it looked a bit rough to me as far as the framework...looked a bit rusty to me thas why i was asking but u apparently didnt mind that lol

I'm on my phone right now and didn't notice any rust, I based my opinion on ... it runs, and the rims and front bumper, and plastics look better than the other one

Aaaahhh, them pics are better, only rust I see is on the pegs/ floorboards, other than that it looks cherry, and still looks like the stock tires on it, if so how many hours can actually be on it ?
Show me 10 more just like that for 5 beans and I'd buy everyone of them
