help fix my baby

It fires when I push start it down a hill but won't fire when I kick it

ok just answer one ?:) did you take out pilot jet soak it in carb cleaner for like ten minutes and hold up to a light to be able to see through it?
if answer is no then it must be done,or you willl be pushing it to start:)

Haha my dad had no clue where it went. I'm pretty sure I have more of an idea of four wheelers than he does.
 
you need to disconnect that from carb to allow it to breath the one i pointed out route it somewheres else with the end of hose open:)
you can buy a comp tester for 30 dollars or probably rent one?
should be around 120 psi

Well I'm town bound again. Could possibly pick up a tester. If I'm not getting compression I'll worry about the entanglement of my gas lines after that.
