Here's a picture of the sensor that when I pressed it, would kill the engine, not sure what it goes to if someone knows please do tell!! thanks again for the help guys

I believe that's part of the dreaded "TORS" system which is why everyone removes them. I remember removing that switch from mine. If I remember correctly, the purpose is so that if the carburetor sticks wide open and you are not holding the throttle, then it cuts the motor for safety. The problem is that the system was poorly designed and causes more problems then it is worth.

magin thats what I figured, either way I took it out and layed the wire under the headlight for now, thanks man
