headlight problems please help

i just recently put the small round lights on the blaster and put 20 watt bulbs in them the lights worked fine, until i took it in the mountains and through some mud holes , now they work at all checked all connections and changed switches everything else work fine some one please help!!!

there could be moisture in the lights, did you check EVERYTHING

Yea, make sure that you have voltage going to the lights, you'll need to stick your tung on the wires and have a buddy revit!

yeah i will have to unplug the connectors and everything and check to see if moisture is in there and if i decide to stick my tongue to it i will have a camera handy

i unplugged the wire coming off of the stator and plugged the headlight in and grounded it and no power, so does that mean the stator is shot or what?

There are TWO stators, a lighting stator and an ignition stator!.

i did not know that i just got my blaster at the begining of the summer havent had a reason to take it apart good yet

There is only one stator. There is two coils on the stator. One for lighting and one for ignition. If it got really wet and you had the lights on, it could have shorted or caused the stator to max out and burnt it up. I dont think that is what it is but never know. Make sure you check the power and the ground..
