how much should i shave my head on blaster to make a noticeible amount of power gain and still be able to run pump gas and wat mixture ratio should i use on blaster after

Just shaving the head is not going to give you much besides spark knock. If you want a real power gain, get the head chamber redesigned.

32:1 premix is fine for a 200cc motor.
