After doing a leak down test I'm find bubbles between the head and jug. My question is after replacement do I need to do any type of heat cycle? Re torque? Etc. Thanks in advance

Yup you need at least 3 heat cycles to condition the gasket and then re torque.

It may also pay to lap the head to correct any warpage if any.

My new gasket came in today. It's a little bent near the bolt holes and such. Is it OK to use or should I request a new 1? Do you think it will seal ok?
