having trouble with the clutch in my truck

we just got the motor put in my truck and i went to press in the clutch and i couldent i pressed it with all i had and it bent, the bar going to the master cylinder any ideas

What kind of truck? Did you do anything to the clutch?

94 chevy k1500 i put a new clutch and cam in it but its not the clutch its sompthing else because you can move, it aninch and it turns into a rock i had an idea i may have pinched line and that may be why
