Having Some Trouble

Well i just got my new axle for my '03 blaster today and I took off the brake caliper, the axle lock nuts, and then loosened the chain and removed the sprocket and then I went to slide the axle out and it didn't even budge.WTH? So what did i do wrong?

Nevermind. I just sprayed some WD-40 on it and let it soak and it came out with a few hits with the mallet.
