Which will you buy a 2nd hand cash for a lesser money, or a brand new blaster on installment. Which one is the best to deal with it. Did you have any regrets afterwards? just for making the right decision, Thanks!

i've done both, new on payments back in '96, had balls of fun with minimum maintennce for 8+ years.
never once regretted that $90/month payment.
but a stock blaster would never cut it again once i've moodded them.
so, used and modify it to your specs is the way to go.
parts/mods are everywhere, for relatively cheap.
build a beast for less than the cost of an under powered/suspended/braked new one.
but, thats here in the states.
