has anyone ever tried or mounted a coolling fan for the engin ?

just wondering if anyone has ever mounted a fan for cooling these yocks down when riding hard, if so could i have pictures and tell me what way to wire it, thanks guys

Get it jetted right and you wont need a fan.

You'll need to do a DC conversion with a rectifier and battery to run any fan from another ATV or bike.
But it really is unneeded if jetted correctly or slightly rich

sounds more like you need a 290 ish

Yep, 240/260 sounds lean to me, unless your @ 3000'+ elevation?
better get some plugs and 270-300 main jets and do some plug chops !

At least #290, #300, plug chop to confirm.

It may pay to leak test if it is getting too hot.

Air scoops are not needed if you jet correctly for the conditions!
