I'm think of joining district 14 next year and trying my hand at atv C class hare scrambles with my blaster. Has anyone had experience in this and offer any advice?

Im also planning to race my blaster in a local woods series called awrcs, the youth classes are dominated by blasters but there all kinda mildly built, the adult classes have sport quad class thats cc limited to 250cc 2stroke an 400cc 4stroke, my son races this series, on a lt80 in the 10 an under peewee class, he won 2 weeks ago,

Sweet. I never raced before and being 42, it's an all new experience for me. I've run the woods my whole riding career. So it should be fun. Not sure the classes and motor size limits but my blaster is a true 250.

Thats right yours is a hybrid, here they are starting a hybrid class because swaps are becoming more popular, but our races are 2 hours long, 15 mile laps, you run as many laps as you can in 2 hours, so if its like ours you better train your ass off. Im 31 an I raced bikes 8yrs in B class, an im sure im gonna have problems making it through our races, the trails are wicked.

I would like to race. but cost of a built quad is so much... oh wait :)

i would need a lot more practicing lol. but it would be fun. although i think it be best to have sponsors to pay costs
