BTW,
Welcome aboard! Grab a drink, put up your legs, and browse around a little. You'll find all sorts of great DIY's, upgrades, and just general good info that will have ya excited about the ol' blaster.

Tors has been removed it's an 04 think in maybe top end needs built brother in law said if u put finger over plug hole should clearly blow it completely off it barely brakes seal for air to get out is this true???

Yeah, it should certainly blow your finger off, but that is not a very good way to determine your compression as being acceptable or not. Most Auto Zones and O'reilly's will let you rent (sometimes for free) a compression tester. Remove the spark plug and install the compression tester.

Back mixture screw out 2.5 rounds reeds looked good like I said haven't done compression test other than with finger

Ya I have one at work just forgot it I'm thinking that's what it is cause when I'm kicking it if I hold it wide open it will sometimes act like it's about to start

Tell your brother in law that a piston with a hole in the top will create enough pressure to blow your finger off.

The only way to confirm if an engine has enough compression to start is to do a compression test!

While test will tell you where engine is at. Give the fuel system a check from the tank vent hose to bowl drain. Clean carb, set float make sure you can see through jets.

Gonna do compression test tm if it checks out I'll be looking into my carb although when I first rode it I used 97octain fuel sent why to store to get more I'm sure she got the 82 or whatever was lowest

Thanks for all the input guys I gonna sit down with it tm and find the problem if it takes me all day haha I'll update when I find issue thanks

No longer confused had 25lbs of compression think I'll be ordering new top end very soon haha pulled head off she's gone good news cheap fix though
