did a leakdown test with carb cleaner.... still hanging revs... looked in the carb for anything bad and its still doing it... i think it might be a pilot jet... anyone got any ideas?
ummm..... i think we had it at 1.5 turns from fully seated and that didnt work so then we messed with it... but i was looking on the dynojet website and it says i shud be running needle 3rd clip not 2nd and 220 main not 350... but my friends gonna take a look at it and if he cant get it right we're gonna follow dynojets instructions and see if it works
i wouldnt go to a 220 main, and whats the size of the pilot? is the tors box (on top of the carb) still hooked up, and have you checked the throttle box adjustment?
I would put the needle clip one or two positions down (effectively raising the needle). Also, you probably want to have the air screw more than just 1.5 out. Adjust the needle and see if it helps...chances are it will.
