spares bike? what you going to do with the bust one??

Gonna sell the "new fixed bike with my "old" motor for spares. put the "new" bikes motor in in my "old" bikes frame.

Just a question.

The motor I put in now is a pre 2003 (old shape) My blaster is the new shape. Now the wire harness bothers me, as the stator is only giving me 4 wires where my old motor had 5.
The odd wire is a green/white and it goes to the CDI. what is this wire for?

Nearly sure that's the TORS wire. Someone'll chime in with what to do with it for sure.

putting an new motor in an old frame you just ground that wire. idk about the other way around

that is part of the TORS system just eliminate the TORS and ground that green wire somewhere on the frame.

my tors is already eliminated, so all you recon I do is ground it? Another thing is, and I know its a stupid question, but, I just took the head off this motor to check the piston to wall clearance, can I use the gasket again, or do I need to get a new one or anneal this one. I know they cheap to buy, but I have to order it and it takes a while.

Just anneal it. Ken O has a vid on how to do it, don't have a clue where to look for it.
