I really only painted the frame to get an idea of what it would look like. Im gonna run it and see if I have any weak spots then it will be powdercoated. It needs to be sandblasted real bad to get all of the old paint off but I had to get a idea of what it looked like. The green is way off from the color of the powder im going with. Won't be long and ill finally get to ride!!

na havent even started it yet TJ, i still have a few little nic nacs to take care of before it can be rode. fixing to order the air filter, throttle cable, coolant stuff like that. my arms should be in by the end of the week im hoping.

got a little more done today....got the carb cleaned and all the vents on it right, i have never seen a carb with so many damn vent hoses. i ended up running the vent for the bottom end and off the side of the cylinder up to where the handlebars are. put the chain on and got the axle and wheels on, also put the top side of the dual brake lines on. thought i was gonna run into a problem on the fuel line but i found the yz fuel tank and robbed the petcock off it and put on the blaster tank, it worked out perfect because the fuel outlet points straight down instead of backwards like the blasty. plus it has alot bigger outlet for fuel so i shouldnt have a fuel flow problem. gonna pick some engine ice up this week and try to get a throttle cable made from motion pro. still have to figure out how to build a lower radiator hose to fit around the pipe.

idk if this helps, but our radiator hose actually touches the pipe... our builder gave us some type of heat reflective wrap.. cant remember what it's called though he said that it will be fine like that.

im prolly gonna have to get some of that too because im sure its gonna lay on the pipe. i wish i could run mine like that on the outside but the pipe sits too far out so i have to go to the inside of it. thanks tj

gave ken a call today to bs about my motor and he suggested i try a hydraulic hose plae for a lower radiator hose, so i swing by the shop and solves my problem with some kind of hose. its flexible but holds it shape pretty well, i bought a splice because i thought i was gonna have to use a 90 off another hose that i had but that stuff flexed good and fit all the way. only problem is its a peachey color but hey it works. it doesnt touch the pipe but im still gonna wrap it with some heat wrap to hide some of the color lol.

i sent the other billet hubs back to the guy and i finally got the new ones today and them fools do not know how to pack a package. the hubs ame in a little plastic bag and they were put in the box with no packing at all. they got a few little dings in em but nowhere near close to the others.

talked to the people at motion pro earlier this week and they are building me a custom cable for the yz carb and yfz 450 thumb throttle.

sent those hubs back to the guy and finally got the other ones back and they are a little banged up too. you figured they would atleast pack the next set a little better but no they just threw them in the box with no packing at all. i guess they think the little plastic bag they came in was good enough. i sent him a pretty good message and im just gonna keep these because im not paying to ship another set to prolly just get the same thing.

got some new typoon rotors and pads for the front. arms are supposed to be here wednesday
