buying a used +3in swingarm with used aftermarket bumper and nurfs for 300 bucks im tradein a my stock swingarm and bumper with too. it was bought from the states and is just the simple $250 (befoe shipping) arms. seem like a deal?

Depends on the swinger. You could probably get your stocker extended by a metal shop there for cheap.
