Called all the bike shops and the local suzuki dealer and they don't have bel ray or amsoil.

if you getting bel-ray gear saver for $3.99 a quart then you need to buy as much as you can and start selling it...The cheapest I have ever seen bel-ray gear saver is for $8.99 at one of my local shops. The other shop sells it for $9.99.
But seriously if you are getting bel-ray for $3.99 then I would change my oil every day.
But then again you said "a tub of bel-ray grease" so are you sure that its tranny oil and not well, a tub of grease?
You won't have much luck at a polaris dealership, but any other place that sells 2 stroke bikes will have gearbox oil that will do the trick. Some are a little better than others, and certain weights work better for people depending on what they do with their blasters and what climate they live in. For most, any gearbox oil will do just perfectly!!
About the cracked case infront of the sprocket...that sux! I had that happen to me a bunch of times when I was younger and didn't know how to keep the chain properly tightened....and I think it always happened with a non O-ring chain. Do you have an O-ring chain on there?? The non O-ring chains wear out WAY faster than O-ring ones...and as a result get loose more quickly and are more likely to hop off the front sprocket and hit the case.
If the JB weld is holding it, just keep the chain tight and keep riding! If it's not holding, just buy a new side case and gasket and replace it. Keep a good O-ring chain on there, keep it tight, and you won't have the problem again.
