I just put on a pwk28 on my quad. Now From a view of the stock i could go about, lets say a good 3-4 ride with stock carb and a full tank of gas and empty the tank. Now since i put that pwk on. I wasnt even riding my hardest and i was out for mabey 1 1/2- 2 hours and i ran out of gas! How do i increase gas milage??

That don't make sense. I have a chit load of work done with 30mm and could ride for at least 4 hours or so...

1.5-2 hrs straight? I know I'd be out of gas by then.

While there are some minor exceptions, generally increasing the performance is going to limit mileage. The best thing you can do is limit the RPMs by moving in a higher gear at less 1/2 thottle or less to keep the main shut as much as possible. Of course, you can only do this in between trails, traveling to locations, etc.

Do check the float though. In series of bumps the float can start to bounce chaotically and start leaking fuel out the overflow tube periodically and even in some case get stuck and overflow constantly.

I had the same issue when I ran a PWK 35mm. I could only ride for about 2hrs before I had to fuel up. I have recently down sized to a PWK 28mm.
