Ok so some of your may remmeber my delema with that damn warrior... well sinc eit was afriend of mine i told him i would fix his blaster for him sinc ehe traded me my blaster back..

97? blaster fresh rebuild not even broken in yet, boysen reeds jetted and fmf pipe, rebuilt carb.. it would start but only run for about 2 seconda and choke out, wouldnt rev what so ever!!
well i didnt some playing with it, ended up having him kick it over.. no smoke from pipe WTF???... pulled silencer off tryed again with no silencer... no smoke from expansion chamber WWTTTFFF???

pull pipe off motor.. kick it over fires right up revs good and shut it off right away.. confused i stuck my finger in the small end of the expansion chamber.. and its plugged tight!!!!!!!... ram a coat hanger down the pipe a few times, stick pipe back on kick over and WHAM!! mouse nest flys out of the pipe now it runs great!!
guy that rebuilt it must have had the pipe laying on the floor well doing the rebuild and amouse got coozy... he traded the blaster for my buddys go cart.... all cuz he couldnt figure out why it wouldnt run.... so guy was out anice blaster, as clean as mine brand new turf tamers, +4 axle race cut fronts, fresh rebuilt motor and carb and fmf pipe for a300$ go cart...


sorry i thoughnt it was funy.. oh well his lose
 
pretty much.. guy got ride of areally nice blaster because of something as stupid as a mouse nest in the pipe, granted most people wouldnt think to check the pipe.. hell i cap intakes and mufflers for cars when i have them sitting in the garage just for that reason
 
I have seen a lot of people having problems with the engine starting and then dying and problems like that are people with their pipes clogged up!

yup.. only reason i check the pipes is because my old 250r you had to clean the pipe out now and then since it gets plugged up from running such a heavy fuel mixture factory they call for 20:1 .. when i got it i had to scrap the oil carbon film off the pipe exit, took it off and flushed it with hot water for 10 min to clean it out.. ran 100% better after that

ex g/f gave me her old geo storm right after i graduated h.s. back in 01 was sittin at afriends farm for 6 months with a blown clutch.. started it up and about 6 hand fulls of fur and hay and grass flew out of the muffler.. reved it a few times and 3 mouse carcassas flew out of the pipe
