I am taking the whole motor apart in my 2005 Blaster.

I cannot move the four wheeler with ease like I should be able to when I pull in the clutch in gear, my clutch pulls in, so it is not a stretched cable. Im not sure if this is the clutch or the transmission, anyone tell me. My top end feels like sandpaper, so that definitely a fix.

So far I have on my list:

New top end
Check Tranny and clutch (One of them is at fault)
Service the bike
Refill brake fluid
Check carb
Take out oil injection
Clean bike fully
Take out all electrical except the necessities (no parking break, TORS system)
New bolts (Some are stripped)

I'll try and keep you guys updated on my build, sorry for my absense, haven't been on here in months.

.

But is it pulling in fully and moving the actuator?

Old oil, wrong oil or no oil can cause a clutch to drag.

Ridges on the basket fingers can also cause clutch drag.
