I'm new to the blaster world or 2 stroke quads for that matter and some people are telling me that I have to mix some oil in my fuel even tough the oil injection system still works and is being used, can anyone provide me with general tips and what not, thanks

Although higher octane is not needed, it is better for the motor ! I always run 93 octane even tho my mods do not require it. Also I'm pretty sure there are different oils specifically formulated for either pre mix or fuel injection, so I'd play it safe and only use oils designed for use with the oil injection if that's what you plan on using.

If you add oil to the gas in the tank it will create a lean mixture and will cook your piston.

Even though it will be well lubricated the oil will take the place of fuel and you risk engine death.

@OP , you failed to mention wether you have oil injection or not. If you have injection there would be a small tank on left side with (hopefuly) some oil in it. You would add a quality 2s injector oil made for motorcycles/quads only. If you have no tank then you would have to mix oil with the gas using only quality premix oil for cycles/quads. NO chainsaw, weedwack, outboard oil.
