I wouldn't think so. You have only added about 10cc to the displacement. Mainly, torque is the bonus for a stroker. It shouldn't be a big diff in fuel requirements, even with the porting.

if you run a bigger carb like a 34mm or bigger you will want to bump up to a banshee petcock for more flow, the banshee petcock is a direct swap

Might as well put a banshee petcock on it if you have a bigger carb. They can be had for next to nothing. Some people might even give you one.

No, you don't need a bigger pet weiner. I'm running a 3mm stroker crank, ported 240 cylinder and a 35mm airstryker carb.

i just have a stock petcock with my mods. but if i had a banshee one layin around i would probally put it in.

No you won't need one.
My 400 ran through the stock petcock when it was on gas perfectly fine.
