have a blaster, i do not really know what year but it is bored 80 over, port and polished, and has boyesen carbon fiber reeds with a DG header and fat boy exhaust, what should my fuel mix ratio be?

its the brass nipple jobbie on the passanger (right) side i belive

ok they unhooked the injection system but do i need to block the line at the carb?

Yup you need to block it off or you will run lean and do damage to the motor, block it off with a small cap and some silicone.
