front wheel issue?

ok i was looking at my blasty today from the front and the front left tire leans a little in towards the bike..what would cause this?i thought it was possibly the rim but i put a new one on and same thing..its not leaning "too" bad, but it bothers me.

could be a bent frame or a arm. are the ball joints good?

the ball joints appear good..and i measured the frame and handlebars to the ground.its even length..anything else?

another possibility would be a bent spindle. that is more camber than normal

im gonna order a spindle and see if thats it..i hope so. would a bent tie rod cause this?just wondering

a bent tie rod would affect the toe, not the camber
