I started to replace the front wheel bearings on the project blaster I bought last year and noticed an issue when I pulled the front hub off. The rear bearing and spacer were still on the spindle....At the time I just figured the person I bought it from didn’t press them in firmly. So as I cleaned the hub and started to put the bearings back in. The front bearing went in as expected. I then installed the spacer and started to set the rear bear and it pressed in by hand....I know that can’t be good.

The question is now what do I do. This has to be the reason the rear bearing and spacer were on the spindle when I pulled the front hub off.

Suggestions?
