I thought I read on here that the ball joints or spindles are different from the 88-89 to the 90 and above models. Is there and difference in the front ends, or other stuff for that matter. My chassis is a 89 with a 99 engine. Front end is stock and when I upgrade I want to buy the right stuff the first time.

they apparently are differences, i got a set of very good condition a-arms from holeshot in a trade, but they have pinch bolts for the bottom balljoints,
my 01 has castle nuts and cotter pins

Bottom ball joints: 91 left, 89 right. I think 89 was the last of it.

anyone need a very good condition set of 89's ?????
$25 + shipping

This will make it easy breezy , buy a set of 03 hydro front brakes , hubs spindles and all , then get asr a arms , everything will bolt right up . my 2000 had castle nut bottom arms and pinch tops , I then bought the 03 brakes and ordered the +3+1 Long Travel arms and went on like it came that way . Just junk the factory crap .

Can you get aftermarket a arms to fit the 89 spindles? I might want those a arms awk, I gotta see how money is right now. I still wanted a couple jets too. Do you still have them? I hope a 88-89 chassis is not a basterd case. I hope their not a oddball.

lemme know on the arms, they're cherry, little paint off the bottom, balls tighter than a nuns a-hole, and boots look like new
stock jets or keihin ?????
