Its not a bad little quad. It neeeeds more revs though. Its got like, no rpms. He claims it can beat my blasty, but hell no. Its quick, but its got nooo topend, even with 22's. I was wondering if 400ex stuff bolted up to it?

No I was asking if 400ex stuff could bolt up to the 250x. I've heard of people doing it on atcs and stuff. I was just wondering. Btw its a 1991 trx250x Fourtrax.

im not sure i would check other forums before taking my advice as it was a calculated guess,although it should be true,there should be some sort of connection as i dont think honda would have a completely different production run between there quads,would be costly for them
not much stuff is going to interchange between the 250x and the 400ex. There on different levels. Now a 250x and a 300ex will interchange and stuff from a 400ex and 250r will interchange
The 400ex arms will bolt on and make it wider. Mine has them on it. The top end of a 300 ex is the same and the case sides i think are the same but the crank is longer in the 300ex but it has different bearing slots so you cant use a 300ex crank in your 250 case.

If he gets a web cam,pipe, and jets up his carb it will have some top end for sure.

not bad, i did my frame yellow with blue maier race plastics!
my friend has a 250x and tried to buy some nerfs for a 300ex to bolt up and they wont he just had to buy the 300ex foot pegs
