Just as the title states, flushing block. Now how do I do that? I just got a new clutch cover and new gasket and put it on today. Well I drained the old tranny oil out and the oil is kinda milky looking, looks like coffee with some creamer in it. I just put this oil in last week when I had the case off adjusting the clutches. Well I figured whatever was in there came out and let it drain for about 30 minutes to make sure. Well I put the gasket in and put my new cover on and put oil in it. Let it sit for a few to make sure it wasnt leaking oil out like it did before, Put the cap back on the case cover and started it, while it was idling I look the the oil peep hole in the side case and I can see this milky sh*t floating around swishing on the inside. I can see bubbles in it like theres water in my case. So how the hell do I make sure to get everything out of the block? Anyhelp is much appreciated, thanks....

Without taking the whole thing apart Im not sure. I would get the cheapest oil and fill it run for a couple minutes and drain it. Do this a few times would get most of it. The blaster only takes 3/4 of a quart. Thats all I could think of.

Is your blaster smoking alot from your tail pipe. is it white smoke? you could possibly have a crank seal leak. I had the same thing happen to me the tranny fluid turned a light brown creamy color. I changed the crank seal and now it just turns black. well I could be wrong but you can do a leak down test to make sure. what kind of oil are you running in it?

If its milky its almost certainly water. I would say try flushing it with kerosene but it might remove the oil from the clutches which you don't want. Safest bet is to keep flushing it out with oil. you could just keep running the same oil through the case. Just take the cap and the drain plug out, put a pail under the drain, and a funnel in the filler hole. Start pouring a new oil through it, pour enough in to almost fill the pail, now get an old cup and scoop the oil off the top of the pail (since water will sink to the bottom) and keep cycling it through till you think you have it all. Then start the motor up and let it run for a few seconds and drain it again, check the oil and see how much water comes out. It should be very little if any. Also you may want to plug the drain with your finger and let the oil level rise up so it can get on everything that could have water on it and then let it drain.
Good Luck

Like the others said you just have to keep changing the oil to get it all out. My dirt bike was like that and I had to change the oil a bunch of times to clean it out. I just used any oil I had laying around and would run it through it for a day then change it.
