i have heard that sometimes ur carb may not hold enough fuel and may bog the motor down because not enough fuel is being fed to the motor so how would i adjust it to hold more fuel. by bending the float level? if so how much(far)?

you would have to do it based on trial and error. but, if you can measure it, it is 19-20.5 mm (float height) and if u have one, it should be in your manual on how to do it. you can download a shop anual in the DIY section of the forum.

Another way of seeing the level of the fuel in your bowl, is to take your lower overflow drip hose, and hold it beside the carb pointing up, so the open end is above the carb, bottom still connected, but you have the rest of the hose running up and down on the left side of the carb (I might get a pic if you dont understand) and then loosen (dont remove) the screw right were your drip hose connects. This will let fuel into the hose, at the same height it is in your bowl. Someone will have to check the service manual for proper level, but I believe it is like right at the bowl to carb gasket is the proper level.

so if i want the bowl to hold more fuel should i bend this tab upward like 1/16''
