You take each rim off of the brake hub and flip it around so that the rim offset causes the tires to stick out further than if they are on properly.
It widens the front end without costing a penny. The only problems are on the newer blasters 03-06, the valve stems will hit the calipers so you can't do it the same and the valve stem is then on the inside the rim so it takes a minute more to top off your front tire pressure.
Otherwise it's a cheap and easy way to increase stability.

And if you had an 03-06 you could always get Gorrila low profile valve stems that will clear the calipers. You actually have to take off the wheels to add air but there are worse things.
another method is to remove the tire from the wheel and also remove the valve stem from the wheel. then drill out a hole the same size as the first so that you end up with two holes.(one on each side of the wheel) then place a valve stem(backwards) so that it will be facing the tire in place of the manufactures original.(the flat side of the stem will clear the caliper or hub.) then install a stem into the new hole that was drilled out,remount the tire, inflate and ride. my friend and i did this to his warrior worked out well and didn't look like something was missing. wish i had some pics.
