So yesterday i went to pick up an extra pair of rear wheels and came home with a free 'broken' fmf powercore 2. all the welds are good, no cracks. The problem, the piece of pipe with all the holes that goes into the housing is a little bent - should be an easy fix. The end of the housing where the spark arrestor goes is bent out of shape. I am going to try and bend both parts today, my real question is do i need to buy a spark aresstor cap, or can i just make a flat piece that fits in there nicely, much like the end cap on the fmf shorty on my 91 rm.
