Hey guys! I:I
So I got the clutch cable on the new Blaster today and took it for a blast thru the yard and around the block! Man, that thing has some balls to it! Much more then I expected a 200cc to have! I couldn't be happier with it's performance and sharp throttle responce! I:I
I did notice that when I came back and parked it, there seemed to be oil ( trans maybe?) dripping off of the frame. Theres 2 hoses coming from the gearbox that seem to be vent hoses, (they appear to be cut a little short?). Or maybe it's coming from the connection on the exhaust system? What would that be from? Too much oil in the fuel mixture?
And also there was a little fuel dripping from the clear over-flow / vent hose that hangs to the ground. Is this stuff normal for a Blaster? Or is there unwanted pressure building somewhere causing these fluids to push out of these hoses? Heres some pics of what I'm talking about.......
And also, I had to replace the clutch lever due to missing parts, when I was replacing the clutch cable. I have it adjusted all the way in as thats the only way I could get the cable in position. When I had it out, the clutch engaged properly as the quad didn't try to move when in gear with the clutch squeezed, and it seemed to release at a comfortable position and yanked the front wheels from the ground! But the lever on the trans seems to be pulled slightly more forward then when the broken cable was on. I dont want to smoke the clutch. Does the position of the lever seem right in the below picture?
Thanks in advance guys! I:I
