got the bottom end together,waiting on the lock washers from KOR then will have it all butted up
found a guy about an hour from me for port work,should be getting that to him hopefully this week if all goes as planned,cut my front fenders down too,will get pics of those when i finish painting them,hopefully getting a new job making alott more money so will be doing alot more upgrades!

Kinda fell off for abit,went back to work and been really busy,plus been getting some stuff done on my truck ive wanted to all winter but couldnt,havent got too much done but did get the bottom end pretty much finished,got 4 new tires im having mounted this week hopefully,picked up a spare blaster off a kid for 50$,had a few goodies on it but got screwed bc he said it was a 240bb but ended up bein a chinese jug...got my tors kit all fitted in so that will be good to go..

Pssh, can still get near $200 for just case halves.
I would try to get old cyl if he still has it, even if you have to give some coin for it.
I fear with all the Chinese cyls, the worn (but not worn out) stock cyls will be scrapped.
I'd spend $200 to re-sleeve a stocker than spend a second even thinking of a Niche cylinder.

Ya i know,bad thing is the left case is snapped where the shift lever is,looks like the kid hit a jump and landed on the shift lever and bent it about 3" down lol,all in all it was worth it for the tedious parts i needed off it,just dissappointed was all

Well got my rear tires mounted and painted my rims,still gotta paint my hubs but its getting there,been pretty much workin everyday 12hrs so been hard to get stuff done

Nerf bars just arrived in Syracuse and should be at my house tomorrow when i get home from work!!

Nerf bars and heelguards are on,got my rear hubs and axle painted
Got my front tires mounted today,going to paint my front rims tomorrow night and shes a complete roller for good now
Shipped out my cylinder and head to a guy in Lacona NY to do a aggresive mx port and head rechamber for 93 octane,should have that back by the end of next week,said its going to be around 165 for compression and around low 30s hp,ordering my header&silencer tomorrow,going with a pro circuit for the time being

Went yesterday and picked up my jug&head,was worth the wait,ended up trading the guy a complete roller for the work so just cost me shipping to him and gas to go get it,ordering a bigger carb this week,and then just need to order my Dynoport pipe and the motor will be done

Also ordered a +2 banshee axle which came in last week,and trx450r heelguards,had to trim the heelguards abit but i like them,got them fitted,now just need to paint them

The exhaust is about 2mm up and the intakes are 3mm down and the transfers are 1mm up. I had him port for power everywhere not just all up top
