First Blaster 1990

I’ve tried everything, now I guess only option is to cut it.
Then start cutting. Bolts junk anyway It has to come off. Order you new swinger bearings n bushings , pivot bolt and nut. Water proof grease!!!!! and whatever else you think you may need.

Finally got the SOB just bought a sawzaul today, getting the bottom end to the shop tomorrow! Finally.

I think I got a machine that has been neglected lol no tlc anywhere, here’s my new problem! Also is my axle suppose to move a little bit within the swing arm? I got her soaking up pb blaster now.

Agreed sounds like the axle bearings. Also make sure the 2 big nuts on sprocket side are not loose.
If your swinger pivot. Bolt came out that hard. You may have the same issue getting axle out also if no grease was used.could be rusted in also
Water proof grease is your friend. For next time you take it apart

Also looking to order parts if you could post links to them it would be appreciated. Everything I need for the swinger pivot and bearings, two I want to change the front brakes to disc if there is a kit. Shorty brake cable, four axel bearings and bushings and possibly carrier bearings I need this in tip top shape! Thanks

Kirk has been around for awhile.they are not listing it as a blaster carb. It is not the stock blaster carb. It's basically setup for a smaller motor.
