i'm waiting on the leakdown test results before commenting :)

thanks guys i haven't got the money to get a air leak tester as having to refund £100 to a guy that bought something off me so im just going to see if the engine is running.

Not a smart move, to start it without a leak test.

PM slick he will do you a great service and even rent you one really cheap.

Do Not Run your motor without Doing the leak down test , You are more prone to Breakage or Failure if you just run it without a leak down test first , Just trying to save you money in the long run !

I hope you remembered to put the clutch cable holder thing back on the intake side, left stud. Doesn't look like its on in the pic.

yeah man i remember when engine was put back in the frame :) clutch is working fine and my tors delete kit works good and engine is running just put plastics on and get a trailer from somewhere lol

i never done one mate iv no money coming in at all now and im just going to run the blaster for a couple of rides anyway and im selling it

Tsk, tsk, tsk, no leak down test!

I presume you are going to do heat cycles, and proper break in proceedure, to allow the rings to bed into the fresh crosshatching in the bore.

yeah man! got a video on youtube from kenconnor racing of the heat cycles and he says on it once there done to ride it on half throttle on a fuel tank then thats it.

Gotcha man , Well Good luck With It !

thanks man i really don't want to sell it so im hoping il get the number as if i get on the private track il only have to pay my fuel and 2 stroke but i can't afford to pay my fuel and 2 stroke and to get on the local tracks. as for to get on the local tracks and paying my fuel it will set me £25 everytime.

After heat cycles and before riding, re tension head and jug bolts.

I always run 2 tanks of fuel at no more than 3/4 throttle.
