UPDATE
I went ahead and replaced the already new crank seals, The one looked slighty deformed.
Got the tors removal kit, easy install
I think the biggest problem was the tors unit, and a leak around the reed spacer plate.
I removed the spacer plate, and put in new stage 2 reeds.
Put back together, used type f fluid in the tranny. and it runs absolutely perfect now.
My son has not stopped riding it for 2 days. Took him a bit to get used to the clutch, but he is already jumping it over a 5 foot dirt mound and getting some serious air.
I couldn't have figured this out without every ones help, what an awesome site.
