I need my cylinder resleeved and bored. I have all parts just need work do . I have some prices just trying to find out what everyone else has experienced to see if I'm getting a good deal or not.

i know its going to be expensive, at least 200 to push the sleeve and bore it, if you get it less than that you are getting a good deal

id say 200 might be a little steep, ive had engine work done to other wheelers and ive taken my cylinders to Micro-Bore in Syracuse and it would run about 150 to get that work done.

i would take it somewhere local rather than sending it out probably gunna be a lot easier and little safer

why are you doin this? why not try to find a stock bore cylinder on ebay? i just checked and there are like 10 on the first page that are less than $50.
just buy one of thoseeven if you've gotta get it bored over and honed, it'll still prob be less than the cost of pressing out a sleeve, buying a new sleeve and pressing it in.....

if you're trying to do this in order to gain power, you're gonna be severely disappointed. the max overboreon the stock cylinder is 0.090". we're talkin about like 5-6cc. that's a joke. you're money would be so much better spent on a port and polish job. that would actaully give you horses.
