Anybody out there running the full F7 exhaust (expansion pipe and silencer). I'm havin' trouble with the stock clamp working. I have it all the way tight and I can still turn it by hand, it's not real easy to turn but none the less it moves. Any ideas peoples?

i talked a guy on ebay selling billet sets for banshees, to sell me just one, pricey though...$35, but the pipe side was too small for it, silencer side was good, i unscrewd the locking ring, and used a high temp silicon coupling from a turbo intercooler, i have one for my carb to cfm tube, and had an extra smaller one
cut that and wrapped it around, then re-installed the compression ring and tightened, worked like a champ
the silicon boots are available at.... siliconintakes.com
they may have 1" ones that would just slip on and clamp???

Yeah I was curious about those clamps. Might be a little pricey for me right now but I do remember PM'ing you a while back about this and I could'nt find the right hose to use. The ones I could find were too thick. I'll look into the intercooler piping hopefully not too expensive seeing as I only need a 3" piece. Thanks again Awk.

i can hook ya up with a 3" piece needed, it's even blue to match your bike

yeah dude i just go to autozone go in the back behind the counter to the radiator hoses and size em up! i think its a 1" almost or just under
