new castle pa
well FML pretty much explains it all. got my chain unjammed today. took the blaster through the yard f'ed up carrier and all it popped like it did before but to the other side and i was riding it back to my house and the chain popped back on right. 2 ft. later the whole god damn front sprocket fell off. fing destroyed the clip holding it on and the plastic guard for my swingarmX(:(X(

Have you checked your motor mounts? are the fronts ok? or the chain may be stretched so bad its just un-usable at this point ? gotta be something going on to cause this again , I mean , the same thing!

the motor mounts are tight as can be. the chain might be really stretched tho

you should make sure everything is tight and in good condition before you go riding. i know sometimes you wanna just take it out before its ready. but that doesnt usually end well.

when i got the chain un-jammed i tightened the carrier bolts as much as i could and bought new adjuster bolts and nuts. everything was tight. and i just took it out in my yard

i know the feeling man. today i went riding. well this is the 3rd ride since i broke in my top end. i limped my quad up to the gas station to air up my tires, started my quad back up, stopped at a stop sign, let out the clutch and tick tick tick tick... sounded like a deisel. i pulled in my clutch and killed it. i had a neighbor tow me home and now i have to pull my top end apart to see what happened. psi is still at 138 and 0 air leaks. i was running 100:1 with amsoil sabre and i know my jetting was rich. so f..m.l. too

Check your swing arm. Rise the bike up from the frame and check the back swing arm. Make sure there is no play in the swing arm or the axle... Check the chain rollers too..

It may be getting caught on where the chain rollers should be... I don't know if you can see them in my profile pic but I got moose ones... I think they are about $15 each
